It could be many things, unfortunately and without being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say.Start at the battery make sure connections are clean tight and secure, look at the fuses and fuse links, test them with a good voltmeter. Look for signs of rodent damage to any of the wiring. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
There are many different model options for the Dodge Ram to go through notes on the wiring

Patrick, Thank you for your assistance. I checked the fuses and they are good both those by the steering wheel and under the hood. I`called a friend who is a mechanic and he said to check the wiring in case something came loose by driving bumpy roads but the only other thing to do would be to take it to him and let him look at it. Again, thank you for your quick response.
