Electrical Issue on 1993 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup

My headlights high/low beams work, the turn signals on the front work as do the running lights. Nothing works in the rear of the truck. I checked all the fuses and there are no blown fuses. I'm thinkin t my be a relay. How do I check the relay?

It could be your head light switch. Sometimes the head light switch loses a 'leg' which is a branch to the rear of the truck. Do the Brake Lights work?
