the lights, turn signals, and wipers all quit working at the same time. checked all the fuses and they are okay. now what?

    Are the radiator cooling fan and fog lights working ?
    It seems the problem is with the IPDS (Intelligent Power Distribution System). It's a panel with the fuses and relays. BE CAREFUL with the IPDS!!!! do not attempt to remove the relays, they look the same, but they are not removable and interchangeable!! If there is a problem with the system, the whole panel needs to be replaced, otherwise a more serious problem can occur!!
    Better to take it to a good repair shop or to the dealer.

    the fog lights do not work but i don't know about the cooling fan. it's raining and very overcast so i can't take it out to run it. i guess i could pull it outside and let it idle to see if the fan comes on.
