electrical on 1996 Chevrolet Astro

Dash lights and rear tail lights died at the same time. Master switch has been replaced. Bulbs and fuses all good. Any other ideas? Are there in-line fuses? If so, where are they? There are no circuit boards in-line on this model.

The park light circuit feeds the dash lights and the fuse is in the instrument panel fuse box (on the firewall left of the brake pedal). If the switch is new and the fuse is good as you say they are I need to ask if the front park lights work? If they do then I would suspect a wiring issue after the headlight switch. If they do not try rechecking connections and power feeds to the head light switch.
