electrical on 1994 Chrysler Town & Country

My dash lights or my interio are not working and I can not figure out why. Can anyone help?

The ideal approach to diagnosing this problem is with a volt/ohm meter and a wiring diagram. Start with checking the fuses for that circuit, then use the diagram to determine where the fault lies.
