electric windows won't go up or down

    Verify window switch has power to it and out of it when operating. If the switches at the p/s window works then the master at the drivers door is likely culprit.

    if its the rear only they are off the track.mine has same proublem.you can fool with them by hand and get them back on.but need to take door panels off and reattach them
