Question: Elect.mirrow will not move by pushing the button.it has power

the tilt works side to side but not up and down. I can hear a click when i press the u/d button.

    Most likely a bad mirror. Maybe first try electrical circuit board cleaner in the switch first and exercise the switch see if the contacts in it are "dirty"/ Radio Shack have clearer, I like CRC product # 05110 for cleaning air flow meters available at auto parts stores.
