They initially said I need new brakes and rotors. I told them the rotors should be fine. The service attendant went back to the mechanic and came back and told me that I didn’t need rotors. They told me that I needed an oil change after I had dropped it off. I didn’t find out until after the fact that my wife had my oil changed about 2000 miles earlier. When they were doing the work, there was a sticker in the window and my car has a computer maintenance reminder, they reset, so I feel they knew my car did not need an oil change. Lastly, they called me up to let me know my rear brake calipers were leaking. This was covered under my Honda Warranty so I asked them to just button it up and I would take to Honda tomorrow. Honda looked at it and told me there was no leak.
I'm a big fan of these guys. They don't recommend more than you need, nor do they cut corners. They shoot straight and have always done great work for us. I've had minor repairs (e.g. ignition switch) as well as major projects (head gasket and timing belt) done, and they've fixed it right, the first time, in a reasonable amount of time.
Super polite and helpful, my only gripe is that they can be slow to get back to you or contact you when your car is finished. Otherwise, super-happy customer here.
