Eilenberger's has always been very competent and fair on all the automotive work for us.
Fixed their mistake and handled it with total class. Customer for life.
They were far more affordable than the Volvo dealershp.
Great value for service received.
The most recent time that I took my truck to Eilenberger's was a good experience just like any other time I take it into their shop. They are very professional and courteous and can fix any problem I have with my truck.
The shop was good and easy to work with.
It was actually my Mom's car they were working. She is 92 years old and I got involved as I help her manage her affairs. Eilenberger did a diagnostic check and recommended repairs of over $2000. I had my usual, trusted mechanic look at it. He diagnosed the same general problem (emissions leak) but found no damage or need to replace the two parts Eilenberger said had been damaged by rodents. My mechanic fixed the REAL problem for $747.00. Shame on Eileenberger for trying to take advantage a nice 92 year old lady like my mom. They should refund the $100 she paid to them for their faulty erroneous diagnostics.
The guys in the office are super friendly, patient and thorough. Great experience. We'll be back!
They are very nice people.
I have a mechanic that I used for ten years. As far as Leavenworth they are the best. They are unnecessarily in the city but work great for what I need now.
They do a great job. They let you know if you have a safety issue.
To expensive and of course they always find something wrong with your vehicle and make you think it is dangerous not to do the work. (and I am a woman) I have gone other places and they didn't think it was something at all or they had a different take on the repair. I only go there right now because of a warranty. Gone when out of warranty.
I've been going to Eilenberger's for 9 years. I haven't ever had a complaint about the quality of their work, their customer service, friendliness, prices, etc. They're awesome.
They are helpful and easy to work with. They keep my sister's car in safe working order.
They are very friendly people, accommodating, honest, is the best way to put it, and very nice people. They seem to have my best interest, they are very genuine.
They always do a great job. They're pretty friendly and pretty informative.
Friendly, honest, thorough and they take me to and from work!!
They provide professional and courteous service.
Pretty expensive and do nice work.
They are very friendly, know what they are doing, and they do not cheat you, you get what you pay for, they can always find the problem. They're Christian people. They are expert mechanics and I recommend anybody to go there.
They repaired what I needed without additional unnecessary repairs. They repaired the vehicle on time and gave me a ride to and from the shop.
They revived my car or brought it back to life. In some fashion they seemed genuinely concerned, I think recommended what was needed but did not add things to just add more charges and money. They don't do that and every time they fixed the car, and it works very well. I have got a really old car. They are always real nice to work with.
I don't like being sold something I don't need. Car services are not cheap. Nor being treated like I don't know about my vehicle because I'm a girl.
They were honest and up front with the work that needed to be done. They gave me a reasonable estimate. They were polite and the work was completed on time and to my satisfaction.
Excellect Customer Service. Car done on time and no issues with repairs/service.
Pretty solid overall, love the shuttle service, very straight foreword.
Great service, reasonable pricing.
The service was done in a timely manner, they explained everything that was being done, gave me the cost before they started, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend them.
Staff is friendly and I always know that they are doing good work and looking out for me.
Good service, good service, good service.
That are so professional and help me keep my car going.
Good & friendly service.
It was recommended to me and I felt good about that.
I feel like they do a good job.
Friendly, prompt, good explanation, clean waiting area.
They do good work. It is however higher than other places. Additionally, in the past working with other shops when they change the oil, they top off all other fluids, check belts and hoses, and rotate the tires at no additional charge which Eilenberger's does not do. They are very slow. I think they over book. I work and rely on my car to get back and forth.
They were extremely helpful, explained what was wrong with my car so I could understand, offered to drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready.
They have always been courteous, repaired right the first time what needs to be repaired or told me why they couldn't. They are honest and have made good on any complaints or mistakes they might have made. They have repaired my cars for many years and I trust them to treat me right.
They are very slow, customer service was bad and they forgot to put my car back together properly and a piece came lose on the highway and almost made me wreck.
Very disappointed. I went here because of the good reviews, but the price to replace a distributor alone, on a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder, was quoted at over $800! I ended up doing it myself in under an hour with 0 experience with cars whatsoever. The kicker? The issue was with the key ONLY AND HAD NOTHING to do with the distributor. A real Nissan mechanic figured this out in about half an hour. I will however say that they do have great customer service.
They recommended that I replace brakes pads. I took my car to KC Brake and Auto Repair and found out I had al least 50% of the pads left and did not need replacement. I doubt I needed the other recommended services
Good people. One time my car got worse when serviced.
