where is the egr valve located on the engine?

On top of the intake manifold behind the throttle body.

Why are you replacing it? If you have a p0401,p0402 more than likely have a bad dpfe sensor.

I have purchased a new valve however, the old valve that was removed does not resemble the new one. Not sure if I have the correct valve, this one was located behind the throttle.
i have replaced plugs wires(!) coil pack egr valve cam sensor crank sensor still on please help
The engine stalls when the car comes to a stop or slows down toward a stop.
