Question: ECO 2002 engine oil problem

My 2002 Echo car to add up engine oil every month, so do i need to repair and overhaul engine or any other solution

    I don't know I don't know what "car to add up engine oil every month" means. Are you adding oil? If so how much oil per 1000 miles. The dealer will say up to 1 quart every 1000 miles is acceptable. I personally don't agree as no Toyota I ever had has used that much oil. In fact my 1999 Camry has 72,000 on it and uses no oil between oil changes.
