have eclipse that will not comm with scanner hence cant get car inspected . engine runs fine. replaced pcm . now car has no ce light and wont start either. all powers and grounds are good. still think its pcm problem . any ideas ???

    Good Day,
    If the check engine light comes on with the key in run mode then you may want to try a different scanner and/or code reader. If it still doesn't communicate then I would recommend you bring it to a reputable shop in your area for further diagnosis, you don't want to be guessing as it could be very costly.
