2004 Honda Accord Question: easy way to access and replace front oxygen sensor in 2004 Honda Accord?

In other words do you have to get under vehicle to access and replace sensor? I purchased part (diagnostic code was P1157)but need repair shop to replace, what will it cost me?

    TO REPLACE SENSOR IS APPROX 50.00 THATS IF THE CIRCUIT IS GOOD AND NEEDS A NEW SENSOR. WHICH SENSOR IS IT B1S1 OR B2S1? V6 OR 4 CYL?

    4 cylinder and all I know it is front sensor not the one by the catalytic converter.
    By the way my car has been parked for a while and battery is dead, tried to have junmp start but car alarm keeps going off, my key won't turn it off. What can I do?
