We love Eastside!
I trust in them.
Good service. Suggest consider reduce diagnostic fee if repair is done there. Feel double charged.
George was great! He was super respectful and explained everything thoroughly. Prices were a little high, but my car literally did not run and they fixed it in a decent time frame.
Glen takes great care of my and my wifes cars.
Great, they do a really good job!
I was very satisfied with my experience.
Glen took good care of our old van. I thought I will have to buy a new one. But the old van is running well again now.
As always great service. it is a challenge to keep my 66 olds toronado in smooth running condition.
Excellent customer service as always!
Cost of diagnostics seemed excessive. My crankshaft position sensor went bad. My service engine soon light came on. The code from my truck's computer said crankshaft sensor, but it still took over an hour to diagnose it was the crankshaft position sensor? The diagnosis was about $230, and the repair was about $230. Would have liked a bit lower price.
Excellent customer service! Glenn and his staff are always willing to assist with any car problem I have and are able to fix the issues promptly!
Very helpful thanks.
Great care and attention to detail.
I made the appointment and a few days later came in to have my oil changed and replaced the bolt.
Many things needed to be looked at and brought current on my 1992 auto since it had been almost two years since I brought it to you. It runs really well now. I don't think I will be driving too much longer (being 87) so appreciate your helping keep it alive.
They take great care with our bug.
Glenn was very pragmatic and able to handle my difficult repair job. At first, he was saving me money by offering a better repair path than the Toyota dealer, but ultimately end up charging almost $2000 for a catalytic converter replacement, which is more than twice the national average charge. I didn't find what he was telling me about prices correlated with what I can easily research online..
Great service, ready on time, everything fixed.
Always honest and great work.
All good. Car is running well and the re-finishing of my windshield was a great extra bonus.
Very informative and thorough report on the vehicle. They let you know if something REALLY needs to be fixed now or if it can wait.
They did a good job.
Reliable and trustworthy service.
Glenn and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and do great work.
Excellent service and communication!
My car would not start. Glenn and his team had me back on the road, lickety split.
I think they are way over priced. Wanted $1600 to replace bearings along with a few other things that did not need replacing. Took 6 days to get my car back only to take it back and not have him fix it. Les Schwab did it for under $100 in 2 hours.
It was good.
Truthful, honest, reliable, and friendly. Best ever. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
I thought they we're trying to up sell me on maintenance work. I thought this was odd because they have been servicing my car for approx 7 years or more (previous service was in the fall) and no mention of these transmission issues. The last service they recommended 3 thousand dollars in trany work. What's even weirder the car was driven very little since the previous service. Also, I had them fix a license plate light. They replace the bulb and "duct tape" the fixture back in.
Attentive and professional.
My last service was just a regular check and oil change for a relatively new car. But I've been coming to this shop for many years. I trust them absolutely to take good care of my cars.
I went fine, just simple oil change and look over.
They have been absolutely helpful and honest about what was wrong with my car. They also helped me understand what needed to be fixed and what I could prolong.
They are good and straightforward.
They did a great job.
Excellent work and great personal service.
Friendly service. Work was done as discussed and I appreciated the explanations of their inspections and work. The only issue that I had was that I was told that I'd be given a call when the inspection was done or with ETA of when the car would be ready. I didn't hear back so I called on the afternoon of the second day to inquire. Not a big deal but it kept me waiting for a callback.
I love this shop, its team and the expertise used for troubleshooting and repair rocks!
Poor customer service.
Eastside recommended rotors and pads for my Charger that have been fantastic. Quality workmanship and reasonable rates. A+.
