First of all I would not take my car any where else.....It is a friendly and personal shop.......Willie is a very honest business man and the work is done first class......I have been taking my cars there for many years......I have always been satisfied with their work......I always trust and know that the work is done and no unexpected charges when I go to pick up my car.....I know before hand what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost......most of all there is no suprises....I tell everyone "take your car to East Cooper Auto Pros"

East Cooper Auto Pros have employees that are always friendly and honest. Their work is excellent. My car has always been fixed right the first time, I have never had to return my car for the same problem. Appointments for oil changes, tune ups, and tires have always been done in a timely fashion. Finally mechanics I can trust! Thank y'all so much for telling me which repairs were most important and allowing me to see all cost up front. Two other shops wouldnt tell me exactly what needed to be done or what it was gonna cost. Thanks to you I was driving that afternoon, the car continues to run great and I was able to pay my other monthly bills.I wont wait for an emergency next time. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED I TAKE MY CAR TO EAST COOPER AUTO PROS FOR A SECOND OPINION. I'M SO GLAD I DID, THEY SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY.THEY DIAGNOSTED THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY, AND SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM. IT WAS A RELAY CAUSING MY A/C LIGHT TO FLASH NOT THE A/C COMPRESSER THAT THE OTHER SHOP SAID WAS BAD. EAST COOPER AUTO PROS REPAIRED IT THE SAME DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEED CAR REPAIRS. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT WORK
