We are in the business of servicing Land Rovers MINI Coopers and Jaguars.
Unlike other shops, where you will find different makes and models from one day to
the next, we only service and repair These select makes.

All of our technicians have worked for the dealers and have been through factory training, along with ASE certifications and continuing education from various schools and training organizations.
We have a no nonsense approach to vehicle service and repairs. We take pride in integrity, honesty and a personal approach to our customers needs, with no hidden fees or surprises. When we give you a price on a repair, we stand behind it. Additionally, we stand behind our warranties, which are a minimum of 12 months unlimited miles, and longer in some cases.

I was not pleased that the diagnostic fee remained on the bill after the repair was made many times. Garages only charge you the separate diagnostic fee when they don't actually perform the work but just tell you what needs to be done. A lot of times they will credit you the diagnostic fee. E2 did not. In the course of repair they had to remove a wheel and when the wheel was put back on, they left out a lug bolt which I then had to repair myself and replace myself. It was missing a lug bolt.
It beats going to the Land Rover dealership in Orlando. The Land Rover dealership was telling me I had a leak and they were trying to charge me a lot. When I verified with E2 services, they said there was something different wrong and it was a lot less. They are fair and honest people compared to the Land Rover in Orlando dealership.
This Is the only place to take your land rover in central florida. After trying other shops in the area that didn't specialize in land rovers i was forced to return to the dealer in orlando (who's service is subpar to say the least).
Until I came across these guys. They both worked for land rover and know the cars inside and out. And there customer service ROCKS!!! So if you have a land rover,range rover or mini cooper this is the place to go!!!
My wife, father, and I have been having our 3 MINIs serviced at E2 for over 5 years.
Eddie has been amazing to deal with on every occasion we have dealt with him. I do not like the idea of having to have my car in the shop, but the experience at E2 is so refreshing, it takes all the pain out of dealing with crooked dealerships and so-called "experts" in our area as well. In my 25 years of driving and having vehicles serviced, I have never had such faith in a shop in all aspects of vehicle care.
Don't hesitate to stop by E2, they even have gourmet coffee and free wifi and cable tv to watch while your car is pampered.

I needed a battery and Eddie Dillard not only had one in stock, but waited after hours so that I could get to the shop and be able to drive the vehicle again. He checked my battery and determined it had a bad cell and needed to be replaced. The price of the battery was very extremely reasonable. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing Mini service.
Here's my story:
I foolishly went to an auto shop in town that claimed to be a Land Rover specialist. The Dealer first, but I quickly got tired of their massively inflated prices and terrible customer service. But where I got really screwed was trying to get away from them and not doing my research. I ended up at a shop who claimed to be Land rover Specialists only to find every brand from kia to Nissan on there lot.
They tried to tell me that I had bad compression, and had a bad engine, that I should sell my car to them for $400 in parts, or spend up to $9000 replacing the engine. They claimed that happened all the time on Rovers and had a wall filled with dead engines to prove it.
Their reasoning behind my bad engine was unsatisfactory to me, and I began asking around for another opinion. I had enough to know they wern't being completely honest, and after a friend told me to try E2 Services in winter park, I brought my vehicle in 4 months ago.
Wow! The experience I had off the bat was completely different. Instead of being treated arrogantly, as if I was supposed to spend thousands of dollars to register on anyone's radar, I was greeted like family, and enjoyed several hours of great conversation with Eddie, Mike and the staff as they compression tested my engine and had it inspected.
Unlike the other shop, they allowed me to go see my vehicle and everything they were telling me with my own eyes, and I knew they were about keeping me as a customer in the long run, through honesty and good service, than taking my money and running.
These folks are legit, a family business, and they actually have been around rovers for a long time including time spent working for the dealer. I feel foolish for having not found them first, and also, very lucky. As it turned out, my engine was ok, that it was displaying a few leaks yes, but ones that could be addressed for a reasonable price, and with warranty, and a long lifespan for the vehicle.
I trusted them, and they had my vehicle for several days, and in addition to fixing my car, they just took genuine care of me, giving me a ride home, calling me with every update I asked for, and not letting me push them in to cheapo-chinese fixes for the engine. Like a doctor they genuinely take pride in their results, and refuse to do less.
After my engine work, the vehicle ran like a dream, and I drove it for a month without issue. As luck would have it, I started leaking coolant again. My instincts tingled, as my experience with the Dealership and other mechanics had me braced for yet another large dollar sign repair.
E2 Rovers had me rush in for a diagnosis, and found a coolant hose that had not needed to be replaced before was now leaking, unrelated to the previous work. They didn't have to, but they gave me the hose at no charge, as they could tell I was strapped for cash, and just wanted to... take care of me?
Ever since that hose, I haven't had a single incident, and have only had to come back in for brakes and a oil change. Now that my vehicle is in a clean state of happiness, I'm pondering vehicle modifications.
It's nice to take pride in my Rover, sit back, and feel confident that she's in actually good shape and isn't going to bleed me dry, just because its an expensive luxury vehicle.
E2 Rovers played a huge part in that confidence and contentedness with my vehicle, and if it weren't for them, I think I'd be selling me vehicle for less than its worth, or if I was really foolish, perhaps I would have already sold it to the other shop for $400... Thank God I checked around!

After being jerked around buy the dealer I started looking for an alternative. I came across these guys and decided to give them a shot. From the moment I walked in I knew that this would be my new repair shop for my mini Cooper s. They told me what I needed and gave me a price that was about half of what orlando mini wanted to charge!
I have been nothing but happy with the quality work and great prices. These guys are hard workers and really care about there customers.
I took my car to the dealer for the free service check, they gave me a list of things wrong with my car. Then I took it to E2 services to get a second opinion, they found a few more things that the dealer missed and was still a few hundred dollars cheaper. They fixed it the same day and it has been running great ever since!! Thanks E2, you are my new favorite shop!!!
