I had to have a long distance tow, and I had to look into why my car stopped working. They are pretty good guys even though they have higher prices depending on what work needs to be done.
They are great, honest, tells you like it is and he has great prices. He is polite, by always acknowledging old people. When they replace items they show me and point out the problem. And he doesn't make you feel illiterate.
They did a great job on my truck, they got it back to me real quick and it was a very good experience with them.
They have good prices, he did the job I ask him to do and priced reasonably.
The problem was that they misdiagnosed the work needed. When they towed my car to the shop they charged me $170 for the tow I thought it was going to be barely over $100, I told them that I needed a new alternator but they said it was my battery. I got my car back from them and by 5 p.m. Saturday I was broke down on the side of the road with the same problem and had to be towed to another shop to get my alternator replaced as I had originally wanted.
They were very helpful, they have really good customer service and they did their job.
They provided service above and beyond what we expected and in a timely manner.
They were quick and professional and I know the owner.
They are knowledgeable, I had to go to a Chevy dealership due to the fact of my warranty with them. They said my front brakes were okay but my back brakes were at seven. My daughter told me about E & L and I also think they are very friendly, honest and will not tell you that you need a part unless you do.
I'm happy with the work because they got the work done in a timely manner. Other shops told me the work I needed done would take two weeks but this shop got it done in 3 days.
They are fast and friendly. I thought something was wrong with my vehicle and that I would have to spend a lot of money.
I get quality work with good customer service. They loaned me a car over night, I thought that was very courteous.
I used to think they had good service, I took my car in there with a problem they couldn't find and I ended up stranded 40 miles away from home. When I called them to come get me it cost me a fortune to get back into town, I called them because they have worked on my car before and I didn't want to call anyone that I didn't know.
They did the job correctly and in a timely manner.
They are honest people that are very skilled, and they are everything you would want in a repair shop.
They explained what needed done, and they treated me like a human being instead of being biased because I'm a woman.
The service was wonderful, they explained everything and the price was really good.
I just thought that they were pretty friendly and did the work they said they would at a fair price.
It is a local company, and I personally know the owner.
They got the work done when they estimated.
The men who did the work were wonderful, they didn't seem to be in a hurry and we were very pleased with the work they did.
They did a good job.
They did good work, they fixed my problem in a decent amount of time.
I brought my car in to get spark plugs changed and they told me it would be more complicated than it should have been so I just took it home and did the work myself, I have had good experiences from them as well.
They were fast, prompt with my service they were also very polite and courteous.
