E & A Auto Repair
I am 57 years old and never thought in my life time I would meet a "honest" mechanic, until I went to E & A Auto Repair. I have been robbed, cheated, and lied to by all other repair shops, and believed all mechanics to be theives. My son in law told me about Nazier, and I found him and his employees to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST. I recommend E & A Auto Repair to my family and friends, and everyone who is in need of a HONEST mechanic.

E & A Auto Repair
I read a lot of good reviews on this shop, so I decided I would give it a try. We needed brakes on our 2006 Audi A6 S-Line Quattro. We had purchased the vehicle with 21,000 miles and the service brake light came on at 47,000 miles. I guessed that this would be about a $700-$800 job. After dropping the car off, I got a call that all the brakes did in fact need replaced but also that the front rotors needed replaced because they were damaged from the wrong kind of brake shoes on the car. I wasn't sure what to think because the car was bought from an Audi dealer and was a "certified used vehicle". The brakes should have been the original factory brakes (did the factory put the wrong brakes on the car - not likely). That being said, the car did always stop "hard", not smooth. The estimate for the entire job was just over $700. Since this is about what I had figured the job would cost, I told Nazier to do the work. The car now brakes smoothly and It's been about 1,000 miles since the job was complete. It seems that Nazier did a good job and the price was reasonable.
The lobby and office were very clean but I didn't see the repair shop. Nazier and the front office staff were very courteous. There was, however, a restored vintage mustang in the reception area (I thought this was an import repair shop).
My biggest complaint, and I don't know if I would take the car back for this reason alone; the ENTIRE front of the car had grease smudges on it. Grease and grime all over the front quarter panels, rear quarter panels, wheel rims, door handles, steering wheel and shift knob. Seriously!!! This is suppose to be a high end European Import repair shop. The lack of attention to the cleanliness of the vehicle was abhorring. Also, after reading more reviews, it seems this shop will repair just about any vehicle that comes through the door.
There is another shop just down the road from this one that I know deals exclusively in Audis. Next time I'll probably try them. Even if they are a little more expensive, I probably won't have to spend two hours detailing my car after having it serviced.Flag ThisLike | 1 person likes this1 - E & A Auto Repair

I live in Seattle, WA, and found a Honda Insight for sale via Cars.com. I called several mechanics around Portland, OR, where the car was being offered for sale. Many were honest in sharing they weren't qualified to assess the integrity of the hybrid system. Nazier and his team at E & A, however, took the job with confidence and aplomb. For a very reasonable price, they drove from their center to the sales center, picked up the auto and later returned it(!), thoroughly inspected it--including an assessment of the body (beyond the contracted mechanical survey), and within hours called me back with a detailed report. From the very start I felt like a valued customer to the entire E & A staff--from the affable ladies who answered my original call, to the impressively knowledgeable Nazier himself. Nazier spoke with me via phone for nearly a half-hour, running down everything he'd found, and divulging his concerns with the auto. Thanks to E & A, I saved myself at least $15,000. Moreover, Nazier offered me a loyal customer discount for future work--fantastic! It's hard to capture in a few sentences the appreciation I feel for E & A's honesty, professionalism, and indomitable dedication to customer service--a frighteningly vanishing art. Having had nearly a dozen autos inspected in the last six months alone--from Honda Insights to Mercedes AMG-SLKs, I'm confident in my judgment that E & A offers the very best overall service likely to be found in the Pacific Northwest, all at an unbeatable price. Now that's superlative value. Do yourself a favor--save the time and effort to find the best, and just head over to E & A Auto Repair, and ask for Nazier. And while you're at it, give a warm hello to Bonnie in the front office.

Nazier has helped me many times to keep my old beaer alive. He is a magician as far as mechanics. There is not one shop in town that has the customer service that E & A Auto repair has!! I can not recommend this shop high enough!

Nice shop and better service! 1st time customer and a little worried about finding someone to troubleshoot a european car is not as easy as I thought, but Nazier was great and fast! And since I've only heard horror stories about audi's problems I was at the mercy of a new shop, but supper fair and no talking over my head to pad the bill. A+

I stumbled across E & A Auto Repair shop on Google for the first time when my VW stopped working after buying the day before from a private owner. This shop works hard to replace the heads that someone had monkeyed with. With the economy being the way it is I was surprised by the reusable repair bill, I had accepted to pay an arm and leg or first born. My second repair job was with fuel system and once again these guys did a great job and made sure the whole problem was fixed before handing it back. Once again the repair cost was very livable....

My car was unable to pass DEQ due to an oxygen sensor problem. Within one hour of contacting E&A, their mechanics fixed the oxygen sensor and had my car ready to pass DEQ. They took my car in right away and fixed what another previous mechanic shop had just poorly plug welded. They went beyond my expectations in customer service. I was also able to wait for my car to be finished in a beautiful, quiet, comfortable reception area. They explained in detail what they had fixed on my car, and then brought the car to me at the reception area just like valet service. I will definitely be back to this mechanic shop. I was very impressed.
