The 6 disc DVD player skips on loaded discs that are in the cartridge. In other words, I have 6 discs and only 1 of the discs is playable. It happens all the time. As usual, the dealer has their heads up their you-know-what and cannot figure out the problem. I sincerely appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

MasterFrom experience, dealerships typically do not deal with entertainment systems (radios, CD Players and changers, etc) first hand. They often remove the assembly and send it to a specific audio repair facility. This can cost a bunch of money unfortunately. Dealers do not typically open up radios and diagnose them first hand.
I did a quick web search and found the following site. I am not endorsing them and know nothing about them, but it seems they could help and would be worth at least a contact. Looks like they actually specialize in Land Rover radios.

I took you advise and contacted roverville. As it turns out, the lens on the DVD player was dirty. The discs don’t skip anymore.Thank you for the info.
