Awesome experience, another shop gave me a list of items for repair, i was not sure so I went to Duval Honda for a second opinion. The manager Chris and his technician Eddie came out and spoke with me he made me feel very comfortable and took time to show me every item that was recommended and tested my fluids, I hade some needed repairs performed but no where near what I was told by the other shop. These guys are top notch, 100% trustworthy, THANK YOU DUVAL HONDA.
I had a good experience there. Tom Martin is the service advisor that helped me out. Long story short; a tow truck hit my car while it was being serviced. They took care of it immediately. I asked for some additional paint work to be done while they were at it. When I picked up the car the paint work I requested was not a good finish, I pointed it out to them. When I came back it looked as good as new and they said pay them $50 and they will call it even (i requested $400 in paint work).
Basically, they took a potentially horrible situation and turned it around. I was very tactful during it all.
Remember, it's easier to catch fly's with honey than with vinegar.
