U1411 Implausible Fuel Volume Signal ReceivedPossible Causes Setting Conditions
CAN 'C' Bus circuit is open or shorted to ground
Cluster module has failed
FCM has failed
PCM has failed
Key on or engine running; and the PCM determined that the Fuel Volume signal it received was implausible.

This code will turn on the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) Vehicle Application: 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7L, Vin N, Eng Cfg V8
Customer Concern: Has 11 codes. U0101, U110C, U0121, P0480, U1120, U0103, U1411, U110E, P000B, U0100, U0002. At this time there is a no crank condition.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Clear the codes and see what comes back. These are all communication codes.
2. Disconnect the modules one at a time when it is acting up and see when the communication comes back.
Potential Causes: Controller Area Network (CAN) C Module
Tech Tips: On this vehicle it turned out the Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) which is on the Controller Area Network (CAN) B bus was actually causing the problem. It was also taking down the Controller Area Network (CAN) C bus at times.
