I keep getting this DSC fault warning after driving about 10km. I had a rim and wheel bearing replaced after impacting on a curb. The mechanics also rebalanced all the tire and wheel alignment. What could be cousing the fault? And why only after driving for approximately 10km? thank you. Roberto

i do not know, but i had wheels & rims replaced as well this past feb on my 04 x type after hitting a hidden & hellish pothole. before that, in very cold weather, the abs would shut off jarring the car, abs light would come on, & check engine light would light up as well. now that summer has arrived & the temps have been around 100 degrees F, there is a noise coming from perhaps the wheel that hit the pothole the worst, the abs jarred yesterday, there is an intermittent rattle from somewhere by the wheel, another different one under the hood, & it feels like...like the awd is screwed up. there is a resistance when i accelerate, & it feels & sounds almost like when you go from black top to concrete at speed...or to gravel, when i have been driving it more that day. my mechanic checked it all over, he can see nothing wrong, tho he agrees the brakes jarring are not normal. (i guess so!) good luck to us both! i just bought this car in nov 09 after a really bad car accident which totaled my old car. i love this jag so much! i am such a sucker for it...i will do whatever i have to, to keep it going smooth! i hope you figure out whatever it is. i kindof just chalk it up to a very persnickety electrical system. Finicky baby. also, i just found this (i am validated!!!) http://www.fixya.com/cars/t788300-abs_light_engine_light sounds like our problem.
