Question: drivers side headlight is out, only light!they say it is a modular cost of $790

Is there anyway that I can replace it with a part from a junk yard and where is it? all other lights work, inside and out.

    When I go to rockautoparts.com there is a bulb listed for headlamp replacement. Who is "they"? Access may be a bit tough but the bulb can be replaced.

    It shows they are a standard not HID/Zenon bulb which are expensive and require a transformer/module to operate. Your shop may have found another problem and just did not explain the problem and repair very well to you as straight forward bulb replacement should be relatively inexpensive.
