If the fuse has blown again there must be an "electrical short" somewhere. Look under you seat. Is there anything under the seat that is jammed or could have cut the wire that control the seat runner motor or other seat electric functions. After removing anything that is under the seat replace the fuse and operate the switch see if the fuse blows again and under what circumstances the fuse blows. Does the fuse blow while sliding the the seat forward and back, or moving/operating the seat back? Try tilting the steering column. If it is a "short" in the wiring figuring out what causes the fuse to blow would be a step in the right direction.
