Question: Driver Side door wont open

Driver Side door wont open from outside with keys but opens from inside.Dealer is charging $220 for replacing some cylinder.Do you think i can get it done cheaper than that outside?

    The driver's door lock cylinder won't turn.
    Tests/Procedures: 1. Raise the window glass fully.

    2. Remove the door panel.

    3. Remove the lock rod protector.

    4. Disconnect the outer door handle rod and the lock cylinder rod.

    5. Remove the retainer clip with a hook shaped tool.

    6. Remove the lock cylinder.

    7. Install the new lock cylinder in reverse order.

    That price sounds about right.
