Driver seat problem on 1992 Honda Accord

I have a 92 Accord. The driver seat reclines as soon as you lean back, if I push down hard on the seat adjuster lever, I can keep it from reclining. What do I need to do or look at to fix this. Thanks

The seat recline depends on a "ratchet and pawl mechanism" in the seat itself. Either this mechanism is damaged or the frame of the seat itself is damaged. The seat cover/upholstery would have to be removed to inspect it properly. It may be a cheaper alternative to source a new seat from a wrecking yard. The seat itself is easily removed from the car with just a few basic hand tools.

Honda replaced the passenger side before because the car was under warranty. Now the driver's side seat heater is out. I've replaced the switch but it didn't work. The fuses are all okay. What next?
