Question: driver seat back does not move, is there a way to move it manually

drivers seat back does not move when I press the switch, I hear the motor but the seat does not move, is there a way to move the back manually

    excesixe weight in seat so the motor got the gears stripped out

    so your saying that i need a new motor for the back part of the seat ?
