driver window does not go down first few inches or up to close.Is there any quick fix because the motor appears to be fine but this part is hard to find!

MasterThe regulator is $151.98 at the dealer or Napa Auto Parts has a gear plug which they say will repair sheared gears for about $13. The part number is BK 6651524.
