My driver's handle broke about two weeks ago. Dodge wants to charge almost $200 to fix it. The part itself cost $50.00 at the dealership and $38.00 at the auto part store. I was told by the dealership that it's due to wear. I have not seen a recall on this part.

I had the same problem. The dealership charged me $185 for the ned door handle and labor! NOW, suddenly the lock/unlock key fob doesn't work. They want $250 for a new key and fob!!! Grrrrr
