Using a wiring diagram, check for power and ground at the Master switch. Wiring issues are common on older vehicles. A common place for wires to break is at the front of the door where the wiring harness enters the door and is subject to constant flexing when the door is opened and closed. remove the tape wrap on the harness and inspect for broken wires. If none are evident, you may have to remove the kick panel and door trim panel to check each wire individually for continuity with an ohm meter. Keep in mind that the master switch or passenger door window switch may also be defective.
