Question: driver and passenger power windows don,t operate, up or down.

my sunroof operates just fine.My driver and passenger windows will not operate up or down.

    Do you hear the motor in the door attempt to work at all? Look and make sure the wires going out to the driver's door are nor frayed or damaged at the front of the door jamb. After that check fuses.There is a 30 amp fuse marked "P. Wind" it brings power to the red/white wire at the master switch on the driver's door. Make sure the "OFF" button is not accidentally turn on.
