drive belt replacement on 2000 Toyota Camry

I can replace the alt belt but can't figure out how to reliece the tension on the smaller p/s belt. Where is the adjustment for this lower smaller belt? thx!

from the right front wheel, take off the cover and you will see the pump. loosen the 14mm bolt on the bottom and one on the top and it will move. Roy
