Drive belt noise due to improperly installed power steering pump pulley on Jeep Wrangler

2.5L 4 cylinder
If the power steering pump pulley is not installed in the correct position on the pump shaft, the drive belt may make a chirping noise and sound as though it is coming from another component.

i have a 90 jeep wrangler 2.5 4 cyl i have swapped motors to a 94 but i kept all components from the 90 motor and swapped over to the 94 ,well i noticed a almost rattle like noise thought it was something serious in my motor ,no come to find out its my power steering pulley shaft hoping in and out ???? well thought pump was bad so i purchased a new pump twice and they both have /are doing the same thing ??/
