It is when i keep the AC on for 15-20 mins and then turn off the engine, the sound comes like a water drop is falling on platic sheet... like TICK TICK TICK literally.. also i can hear it with engine running, ac on low speed... if i concentrate i can hear.

its like behind the speedometer or the center AC place. There is no water on the carpet neither any sign of water drops.. just the sound...

But AC water isnt draining outside the car.

Thanks for the info, that helps a lot. I check for technical bulletins from Ford and found nothing related to this issue. I would start by checking the evaporator drain, since it sounds like it may be plugged. I don't know where it is on this car, but if you look under the dash and climate assembly, look for a hose or pipe that attached to the floor or firewall to the assembly. No, i never found out what it is. I took it to Nissan dealer as well, they said they can not find anything and nothing is leaking behind the dashboard otherwise it would leak onto the carpets (floor mats) on the car, either frm drviers side or passengers.

So i've just learned to drive and live with the sound that comes and ignore it. :)

But i think your problem must be different if low coolant guage comes on.

Do u see any water leak in the passengers side cabin or drivers side?

Do something, get down, like bend down and take your hand up from under the drivers side under the steerring there is opening in the dashboard... check if u feel any water..

If there is coolant leak there, you can smell something sweet, because coolant does go behind the dashboard for car's heating thingi.
