I had a great experience with Jimmy and he was able to come down on the originally quoted price significantly. My car was also washed afterwards which was nice because it was dirty! The staff at the front desk were both very, very nice and accommodating.

I called for an estimate for the 40,000 mile service on my 2015 VW Golf. For reference, this service is basically a glorified oil change. The rest of the service recommended by VW is basically a thorough safety inspection, top off fluids and replace air & cabin filters. The phone experience was great; the woman who answered my call did not know the details of the service but called me back after researching and offered a reasonable quote (About double what I usually pay for an oil change, but definitely below the dealer). I am taking a lengthy trip soon and am willing to pony up the extra cash to get a more experienced import shop to give it a look, so I scheduled the appointment.
Day of service: I arrived 15 mins early for my 8:30 appointment (which was estimated to take 3 hours since I was getting the tires rotated as well); my car was taken into the bay just after 9:00. Since I had some time, I went for a walk. They called at 9:30 to inform me that the oil pan drain plug is replaced on my car at each LOF...except they didn't know that and don't have it. Something I would expect an import shop who professes VW expertise to know (especially with over a week's notice). Could I come back this afternoon??? Sure, I don't like work anyways. Finally at 1:30 the service begins; LOF/inspection goes great and we're off to get the tires rotated. Unbeknownst to me, the last shop that rotated the tires did not return the factory lug nut key...and the import shop that professes VW expertise doesn't have one. Disappointing, but I'm promised to be done and out the door in a few minutes.
After almost an hour with no word, I ask what the status is...just waiting for the service manager to type up the notes is the explanation. 15 minutes later we have the notes: everything is mostly fine, air filter didn't need to be replaced and the cabin filter they had was torn so I'll have to come back for that. And...the check engine light is on?! It was not on when I came in. 35 minutes later there is a vague explanation that there are codes in the system, but the light is off. I can go! Yay
Upon arriving home, I received an email from the service manager...they gave me the wrong invoice. Oops. So I am now thoroughly confused and an oil change took 9 hours. Yuck
Not everything was bad. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Since the cabin filter was not replaced, I was instructed to come back anytime and have it replaced for free; very cool. Also, sensing my frustration with how long I had been there, the associate opted to skip the on-site car wash and give me a voucher for a nearby business. I appreciate both of those gestures.

I had my car towed in Monday morning, I had a 8:00 appointment. My car had a massive leak. Dream Cars staff didn't look at my car until the next day (Tuesday). They were 'short staffed' maybe more staff is a must or just don't make appointments and not give customers expectations that there car is being looked at that day. Very disappointing.

It took way too long to finish the work. Promise one day, finished a few days later. Took too long to diagnose, and too long to fix, more so In comparison to an actual dealership.
I was told the repair would take one full day. It took 4 days. I gave them my work number as a contact number during the day and they still called my cell phone which prolonged the service.
Great service outstanding price will definitely be returning for all of my automotive services.

As a female who owns a BMW I was thrilled to find a mechanic that took such great care of pride and joy. The fees were beyond my expectations . I never expected such fair prices for work which was quoted as high as $3800 by other shops. honestly I didn't know where the money was going to come from. Dream Cars quite was as I mentioned earlier, beyond my expectations. my car would probably be sitting in my driveway or I'd be on great debt My precious will only be touched by the experts at Dreams Cars from now on. Was a great dealer alternative I was leery about not having my vw at a dealership.I was impressed with the follow up they only use oem parts. They were vary clear and explained repairs . The service at dream car was good. The only reason my car wasn't ready was that they had difficulty getting a part in on time. It wasn't their fault. But they kept me informed every step of the way and I really appreciated that. No one enjoys having to take the car to the repair shop but the folks a dream car make it less painful they are always happy and pleasant.

The vehicle was in the shop for three days, the on board computer was reprogrammed, but the problem was not fixed.
Charged me $120 2x to reset a transmission code that other shops charge nothing for. Completely misdiagnosed my problem. Replaced parts on my car they knew to be in perfect working order.
Never will go there again.

First of all I took my car in for service in November not January. I took it in for brake fluid service and while there had my fog lamp replaced. I chose to wait because I was told it would take about an hour, I ended up waiting about three hours. When the car was ready I asked if they found everything ok with the car. I was told there was no one to speak to and they couldn't give me a printout of it because the system was down. The receptionist told me they would call me later to let me know. They never called so I figured everything was fine. I took my car in for service because I was driving to las Vegas the next day and wanted to make sure everything was fine to make that long drive. When I returned from las Vegas the engine oil light turned on saying the oil was low. This was the night before thanksgiving so I had to wait until Friday to get my car inspected, which left me stranded down the hill because I didn't want to drive my car for 70 miles up the hill in that condition. I took my car to BMW. They said my car had a oil gasket leak and a steering oil leak. I trusted dream cars and that's why I took my car in for service. In previous times when I took my car in for service they would advise me if they saw anything else that needed service, but that was at the old location. Because of my recent experience at the new dream cars location, I don't plan on taking my car in and will not recommend them either and will be looking for a different place to have my car serviced up here.
Terrible service. Took car for ppi and they couldn't even find an oil leak from the oil drain plug try to tell me it was leaking from valve cover. I think the girls in front are rude and never return calls.
I USE DREAM CARS FOR MY "85' SEC'..98 TURBO DIESEL WITH 360.000 MILES ON IT, 05 ML 350, 13 S550 ... I ONLY USE FLETCHER JONES TO WASH MY CAR CAUSE IT'S "FREE"!! ... I'M GOING ASK ""CARLO AND STACY ABOUT THAT"" ....I am sure that they would accommodate me because their SHOP IS CLEAN..
I was pleasantly surprise by the ladies that greeted me at the front lobby. They run a tight ship. The lobby is nicely appointment and the coffee bar was great. They performed a diagnostic test and called to inform me of the results within minutes. They didn't try to sell me on any of theirs services, fact is they gave me advice on how to proceed. What really blew my mind was the discounts. Jimmy was very good in his process and with the fees associated with services. As a BMW owner, I want someone to care about my ultimate driving machine and Jimmy treated my ride like it was his. I was quoted close to $3700 for the work on my car by another group . Dream Cars beat that price by a huge margin. My car was squeaky clean and performed beautifully. I recommend Dream Cars to anyone who has a foreign car. The new facility is really nice with plenty of security. I'm taking baby back to see doctor jimmy.
Dream Cars did an AMAZING job on my '99 Jaguar XJR. Had just moved and a previous mechanic knackered my crankshaft pretty bad on a 10% lower pulley increase. They were able to save my crankshaft and the price was very reasonable. Would visit again.

Very long to fix a small evap leak which is really common for shops like that and still hasn't been fixed, it's been about a month.
