There are no drain plugs in the engine block that are designed to be removed to drain the coolant during a normal service. The best you can do is to remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator which is usually the lowest point in the cooling system. The best way to be sure to get as much of the old coolant out as possible would be to use a professional cooling system flushing machine - even with that sometimes the cooling system needs to be flushed multiple times if it is very dirty.
