    They are in touch with you. They really take care of the problem. If there are any other problems, they make you aware of it. They don't shove it down your throat. They are fair in their assessment and I would always use them in the future. Very trustworthy.

    I have been taking my car to Douglas for 12 years. When I started taking my car there it was 4 years old and had 33,000 miles on it. When I finally traded it in this year it was 15 years old with 151,000 miles on it. It was still running fine but was rusting and had some problems with doors that wouldn't open. Douglas took very good care or my car and in turn took good care of me.
