1996 Chevrolet G Series Van (G10) Question: doors will lock with power door lock switches, but will not unlock

Visitor, 5.0L V8, Floyds Knobs, IN, February 25, 2010, 20:40

doors will not unlock with any of the power door lock switches (driver, front passenger, side or rear door). I replaced the driver's electric door lock switch - no help. The 25A accessory fuse is good. Any suggestions?

change the doorlock relay. to find it just keep hitting the switch lock/unlock listening for the clicking sound. Once the relay is found. If you have a test light you can Test relay by clippind the aligator clip to ground. while you flipping the switch lock/unlock take the pointed end and touch the prongs on the relay. hen the test probe lights up to you flipping the sitch in lock/unloick then the other side that doesnt light is either the bad side or ground. HaHa you found the problem no your a tech
