Automatic Sliding door wont open not even manually

  Sounds like you have a linkage or latch issue, providing there is no exterior damage to the sliding door. The Interior door trim panel will have to be removed to access the release mechanism for the latch. The actuator rods should be inspected to make sure they are not bent and all retaining clips in place. The power lock actuator may be defective preventing the latch from operating.
