HELLO , YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO REPLACE THE DOOR TUMBLERS IN THE DOOR AND GET THE KEY WITH THE NEW TUMBLERS, AS FAR AS THE RADIO GOES , YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THE DEALER , I BELIEVE ON THAT MODEL THERE IS A 4 DIGIT NUMBER ON THE BACK SIDEOF THE RADIO THE DEALER WILL NEED , AND THEN THEY WILL GIVE YOU A CODE TO PUNCH INTO THE RADIO TO UNLOCK IT , YOU MAY HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF OWNERSHIP BEFORE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THIS CODE

If you go into a Honda dealer they will be able to cut a key using the VIN number. You may have to prove that you own the vehicle by providing a title with your name on it and a valid I.D. That will get you the key to the door. You might be able to avoid this if you have the service department do this for you. For the radio code the radio will have to be removed to get the serial number. The serial number will then be sent to American Honda to get the code. This generally takes about an hour once the technician starts to work on the car. Most dealers will charge for this service.
