Visitor, November 02, 2010, 20:42ReplyThis happened on my 2002 CL500, both left and right doors. It was the latch according to the MB dealer. The pump was working so hard it also failed. About $1000 per door, fortunately covered on the extended warranty.

Visitor, February 01, 2011, 12:18ReplyI have an 03' CL500, and the same happened to me. Come to find out my battery was dying. Changed the battery and the door was repaired immediately.
