Called for service and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. (Great)
Dropped my car off that same day and when I picked it up the following day. The work performed was incomplete. The original work order included 2 new rear struts & 2 new rear tires. This shop failed to install the tires. (Not So Great)
There are coupons on their web site for repair discount, 10% of up to a maximum of $100.00. There seemed to be no questions asked when I presented the coupon to the cashier. I think it was verified with a supervisor and that was that! (Great)
Upon contacting the Service Manager I am pleased to report the problem has been completely corrected. It did require an additional visit to the service center. Upon arrival, I felt they did care about me as a customer and were quite genuine about earning back my trust. Way to go Toyota!
