    Been here a few times, never had a problem getting an appointment - but the hard sell for additional service from the Service Manager gets a little tiresome.

    Do a good job working with my extended warranty company, only real complaint is that they can keep you waiting for a very long time, and could improve the communicaton with the customer. I have to keep calling to find out when the car will be ready.
