Question: dome light flicker

My daughter's Camry had the battery go dead. She reports that the dome light appears to flicker and stay on even though it was switched to turn off when the door is closed. Could this be a fuse shorting? She also says when she locks the doors with the key fob only three doors lock, not the drivers...related problem?

    The dome light should not come on at all if the switch is set to the off position. It sounds like your Camry has a parasitic drain. it is best to have a good electrical diagnostic tech do a step by step drain drain inspection after verifying that the charging system is up to spec. Good Luck!
