Just exactly how do you tune up a 2003 Dodge Durango V8?

The engine has 8 spark plugs an air filter (it does not have a serviceable fuel filter, it is in the fuel tank). The throttle butterfly can be cleaned after removing the air intake boot and perhaps add fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank. After that oil and fluid levels should be checked and changed periodically.The fuel injection computer controls the fuel and ignition system making calculations based on a series of engine inputs it receives from various sensors.
