does this van have anyway to reset the anti theft system? on 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager

the antitheft system will not allow the the starter to ingage to allow the van to crank, what would cause this?

The 'key sentry engine immobilizer' only works when an incorrectly coded key is used to try and start the van. The van will start/run and immediatley shut off. If the starter isn't engaging, (engine does not crank when attempting to start), you have other problems that need to be addressed first.
