my car was in an accident. I have a push bar so the body looks fine but it was leaking oil. I was told that there was a hole in the oil filter so I had that changed and now the car wont start.

Changing the oil filter and or loss of oil pressure doesn't kill engine cranking or running. Something else (possibly crash related) is the cause of your engine not starting.
Does the engine crank over when you turn the ignition to crank position? Do the dash lights come on when the ignition is is in the run position? Check the battery connections perhaps the impact from the accident caused the battery to shift or connections to loosen.
