does the wheel bearing efffect my fourwheel drive on 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer

I was told thay my front wheelbearing needed replaced and now it snowed I tried my fourwheel drive and the noise was worse and I dont think it kicked in to fourwheel drive is that possible

No, if it was your front wheelbearing, it is already in constant use in two wheel mode. The increased noise will probably be due to an issue from these sources: 4x4 tranfer case and differential, rear drive shaft and u-joints or rear differential. Seek an inspection from a shop to determine the cause.
