Question: does the pcm have a relay?

we have no power over multiple fuses including the starter dash and fuel pump we replace the pcm but still nothing do the pcm have a relay? Or any other suggestion what would cause such a wide range of power failure

    I see that you have asked several questions about the PCM in this vehicle, are you having the same issue?

    yes it is no power over the pcm fuse meybe a short in the fust box?
