Question: Does the air pump produce air pressure at an idle ? mine does not

 Rookie

I pulled the hose off of the diverter valve and at an idle I can not feel any air comming from the air pump.
I pulled a vacuum on diverter valve vacuum pot and could here the valve actuate

    The secondary air pump only turns on for around thirteen seconds after start-up.
