Throttle body warning light comes. Runs very poorly. Stores throttle body codes. Replaced throttle body. Same problem. Does it need to be programmed?

shouldn't need to be,but you may have a throttle pedal sensor issue. why did you repl and what codes did you have

Try this: Get in your truck, turn the key to ON position (do not start the engine!) and within 3 seconds push the accelerator pedal to the floor and let it back. Turn the key off, than start it and see if it's working good now.
